REASONS TO HATE U.S
There are many people out here in Pakistan and all over the world who hate America, but the question is why .Why is everyone showing that much hatred for United States of America? Few days back my curiosity increased at its highest level to find the core reasons which make people hate this country so much. So I started my work by reading the point of view of different people living in different regions of the world and I discover some of the core reasons which are responsible to damage the image of United States in front of whole world.
American culture also known as Western culture (in these parts) is spreading across the sphere like a lethal plague. This Americanization is effecting our youth and forces them to think and act like undisciplined, lazy, self-obsessed and careless Americans. Most of the world media is controlled by American government (FOX, CNN and many more) so they can broadcast what they want. They actually trying to make our youth act like celebrity worshipers who are so obsessed about a personality that they try to look and act like them, despite of their values and culture forbidding them to do so. TWO words for our youth “STOP FOLLOWING” PLZZZ
Not only they are trying to export their trash culture through media and internet but they also want our youth to indulge in such kind of activity which make them redundant for society and almost useless and careless like an ordinary American teenager by broadcasting programs which promote the use of alcohol, adultery and slang language. One of the most famous shows was Jerry Springer (so called reality show) which highlighted issues alien to our society. Only deserve THREE words “WAT DA CRAP”.
War against terrorism is one of the famous propaganda which they are spreading through their media. Through this propaganda they are able to attack any country all over the world (especially Muslims countries) by suspecting them as a threat for world peace. There are only two real reasons behind the propaganda “war against terrorism” is to occupy the oil reserves of the world and support Jews. Even they have one of the biggest oil reserves in their country but United States alone is consuming more than forty percent of oil production of the world. That is why they are a little obsessed about occupying the oil reserves. You people must be thinking that if America is looking to occupy oil reserves then why it hit Afghanistan. There is also a reason behind it, according to U.S Geological department Afghanistan possess thirty six trillion cubic feet of natural gas and 3.6 billion barrels of petroleum reserves. Hope u got the point why Americans were very much obsessed about Osama bin laden and was looking for him in Afghanistan. THREE words for American government “STOP KILLING HUMANS”.
This is my humble request to U.S government please change your policy because it is the only way you can build a good image in front of whole world. I know you are not going to do this on my request but think about your own people. There are 15000 people who got murder last year in United State just because government gives the freedom to every ordinary person to posses’ weapon( See the consequences of your own policy ).
At the end of this blog I have THREE words for United States’ government “THEY ARE IDIOTS”
Thanks for reading

Can Text Messages kill Smoking in Pakistan?
Recent research conducted by Dr. Berkman in California has
shown that text messages may help smokers quit the addiction, predominantly if
they are personalized to the individual; the study was conducted on 27 heavy
smokers.
In the study, a well-designed
MRI was used to determine the brain sections most dynamic in controlling
desires to smoke, which examiners described as "a conflict that comprises
of a sequence of temporary willpower encounters." The study establish that
participants who had the most movement in the key sections of their brains
during testing were also the most likely to struggle with their aspiration to
smoke, something that was acknowledged in their responses to future text
messages.
The researchers sent
text messages to the participants to remind them about the program in which
they were indulged (quit smoking). In the text message they inquired about the
number of cigarettes they smoked between two consecutive text messages. The
study continued three weeks in which every day every contestant received eight
inquiry text messages and they had to reply the message by giving them the
answers like how many cigarettes they smoked and about their mood. In the text
message the researchers also give simple activity to the participant like water
your plant, play with your dog, and do some cooking just to keep them busy
which really help them to quit smoking.
After that MRI scans forecasted
an individual's capability to control their responses to desires, the investigators
ventured that it may be possible to customize smoking termination programs for
an individual's own capability to control their addiction.
"We are really enthusiastic
about this consequence because it means that the brain initiation we see in the
scanner is predictive of real-world consequences across a much lengthier time
span than we thought," Dr. Elliot Berkman, a professor of psychology at
the University of Oregon, said in a university news release.
The study appeared online this March 2011 in the journal Psychological Science.
In the study, Berkman
and coworkers experienced whether short text messages could be used to track
smokers' efforts to control their smoking desires. The participants were sent
eight text messages per day for three weeks prompting them to document their
ongoing smoking desires, cigarette use and temper.
The investigators established
that text messaging is at least as effective as more expensive and harder-to-use
handheld strategies used to gather such data.
"Text messaging may
be an ideal delivery mechanism for tailored interventions because it is
low-cost, most people already possess the existing hardware and the messages
can be delivered near-instantaneously into real-world situations," Dr. Berkman
said.
Well it is all about the
study of Berkman but according to me we can’t implement this idea out here in
Pakistan because we do not take our text messages seriously (ask Zubeda Apa and
Ahmad Faraz). But there is a perfect strategy which pops up in my mind that it
might be helpful if someone’s GF or BF texted him/her again and again to remind
him/her to quit smoking (believe me girls are very good at it ;-))
Jokes apart it all
depends on one’s will and determination, if someone decides that he/she really
wants to quit smoking he/she can do it by making his own strategy there is no
need to follow a specific predefine exercise or anything. It’s all depends on
you it is an old saying that where there's a will there's a way. ;-)
Whew, all that writing has got me craving for a smoke.

Top ten oldest Mosques (Masjid) in Islamic history (part 1)
There are millions of mosques around the world where Muslims pray regularly, but right now in this blog I will try to give you guys’ information about the oldest mosques in Islamic history.
1. Quba Mosque:-
Quba mosque also known as Masjid-al-Quba is the very first mosque in Islamic history which was built in1st year of Hijrah (662 A.D) and is located Medina. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) placed the first stone of this mosque. In his stay in medina he stayed more then 20 nights in this mosque and offered Qasr (type of short pray in Islam).
2. Masjid-al-Nabawi:-
Masid-al-Nabawi is the second oldest mosque in Islamic history. Mohammad (S.A.W) used to live near this mosque before he transferred to eternal world. It was built in Medina city on 1st year of Hijrah (622 A.D). In the beginning it was also used as a community center, a court and preaching place for Muslims. After seven years in the 7th year of Hijrah (629 A.D) it was rebuilt to accommodate the larger crowd of Muslims.
3. Masjid al-Qiblatain:-
Masjid al-Qiblatain also known as the Mosque of Two Qiblas was first built on 2nd year of hijrah (623 A.D) in medina. The name of this mosque reminds us an important historic incident in Islamic history when prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) changed the direction of prayer (qibla) from Jerusalem to Mecca during his pray on the command of almighty ALLAH.
4. Jawatha Mosque:-
Jawatha mosque is one of the earliest Mosques built in east Arabia which is located in Al-Kilabia a small village of east Arabia. It was built in the 7thyear of Hijrah (629 A.D) by the tribe of Arab known as Bani Abdul Qais. According to some history books in Arab the Hajr Al Aswad (the black stone) was kept here for 22 years when it got stolen by Qarmatians from Mecca.
5. Masjid al-Haram:-
Masjid Al-Haram is the most sanctified place for all the Muslims in the world. It is one of the largest mosques in the world which is built around the KAABA in the city of Mecca. It was built by Hazrat Mohammad (S.A.W.W) and his dearly loved companions on the conquering return to Mecca on 638 A.D after sixteen years of hijrah. Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) and Ali Ibn-e-Abi Taalib (R.A) demolished all the idols which were placed there by idol worshippers. A lot more can be written about Masjid al Haram but it would be beyond the scope of this blog.
